Our client is seeking an accomplished Accounting Manager to join a highly respected organization and play a key role in the financial health and strategic decision-making of the business. This is an opportunity to lead critical accounting operations, strengthen financial reporting, and guide a talented team while partnering directly with senior leadership.

• $90,000–$110,000 (DOE)

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Oversee financial statement preparation and quarterly board reporting
• Serve as the primary contact for the annual external audit
• Maintain strong internal controls and efficient accounting processes
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and present insights to leadership
• Drive process improvements and adoption of accounting technology

• 4+ years of accounting experience as it relates above
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Public accounting background
• CPA preferred
• Experience leading or managing accounting professionals
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with Power BI; proficiency in Excel and Outlook
