After many years of dedicated service, our longtime accountant has announced her retirement.

While we will certainly miss her, this presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to join the MPT CO team and help support the continued growth of our commercial real estate and property management business.

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Monthly Financial Statements
• Bank Reconciliations
• General Ledger Maintenance
• Payroll Processing
• Lease Administration
• Budget Preparation & Financial Reporting
• CAM Reconciliations
• Mortgage & Loan Tracking
• Property Accounting Support

• Minimum 2 years of
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Commercial real estate or property management experience preferred

Competitive compensation based upon experience.

Part-Time

20-30 hours per week
