Fit Recruiting is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. The ideal candidate should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. This is a salaried position, paying in the $50K-$60K range DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
- Act as a liaison between executive and stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and activities
- Track and manage project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
