Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant
EA/AA | Hybrid (Madison, WI Area)

This is a hybrid role with a high level of flexibility. You’ll primarily work remotely, with occasional in-person time in or near Madison as needed. You’ll be trusted to manage your work and your schedule—no micromanaging, just clear expectations and support.
Candidates must be located in Madison, WI or the surrounding area.

- Experience in an administrative, office support, or client-facing role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfort working with cloud-based tools and remote collaboration platforms
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
