Impact Fire Services -  - Responsibilities:
Manage workflow ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly;
Communicate between sales, management, employees and customers as needed;
Submit jobs for permitting and pay fees online to necessary AHJs and monitor permit status daily;
Coordinate with managers for employee and job scheduling;
Generate invoices, PO's, memos, emails and reports when appropriate
