The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating appointments, confirming reservations, maintaining accurate scheduling records, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all calendar updates are completed in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently, utilizing online scheduling tools, email, and other digital communication platforms. The ability to remain organized, meet deadlines, and provide prompt responses to clients and team members is essential. Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, hospitality, or office support is preferred but not required.
