Location: Mobile, AL
Pay: $22/hour
Experience: Executive administrative assistant or legal admin experience preferred.
Type: Full-time;
Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Clark Personnel is seeking a Legal Secretary to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
  • Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, court appearances, depositions, and client appointments.
  • File legal documents with state and federal courts, both electronically and in person.
  • Open, organize, and maintain client files and case records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and vendors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and telephone calls.
  • Assist with document collection, case preparation, and trial support.
  • Coordinate deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal filings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
