DescriptionPosition Overview:
Full time, day shift position, Monday
- Friday.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and word
- Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering the department phone system
- Responsible for communicating and amintaining positive customer service relationships
- Receiving, entering, and assigning work orders to proper maintenance technicians
- Monitoring and documenting status of complete, incomplete, and deferred work order requests
- Receiving parts and checking stock as required
- Responsible for keeping the office organized and clean
