Automotive Technician​/Mechanic

Role Overview: The Senior Automotive Technician ensures high-quality vehicle repairs by qualified technicians, diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently while adhering to standards and safety protocols. They perform complex repairs, explain technical issues to customers and staff, and recommend necessary services, maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose vehicles based on certification and experience levels.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to inspection and repair orders.
• Handle complex, heavy-duty repairs.
• Communicate technical diagnoses and repair needs clearly to non-mechanical individuals.
• Document service recommendations thoroughly.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards.
• Adhere to company policies and core values.
• Work flexibly across schedules, including weekends.

• Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience; ASE certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver’s license; eligible driver status based on MVR screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school experience is a plus.

The role involves exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, lift up to 70 pounds, and have adequate vision and dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
