Overview
LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support a mix of BD, marketing, and client-focused initiatives for our law firm client. This role provides essential support across proposals, CRM management, events, research, pitch materials, and general departmental operations. The Coordinator works closely with the Director of Business Development, the Proposal Manager, and the broader BD/marketing team to ensure accurate data, polished deliverables, and smooth execution of strategic projects.
Legal industry experience is preferred; professional services experience is required.
- Prepare pitches, proposals, and RFP responses with accurate, on-brand content
- Maintain attorney bios, practice descriptions, experience lists, and other BD materials
- Assist with creating meeting briefs, conference packets, and client presentation materials
- Update and maintain proposal templates, trackers, and department resources
- Manage CRM updates including contacts, companies, client activity, and mailing lists
- Ensure CRM data accuracy through proper tagging, segmentation, and routine cleanup
- Generate CRM and BD activity reports for leadership
- Coordinate logistics for client events, sponsor ships, and industry programs
- Manage invite lists, RSVPs, follow-ups, and onsite event support
- Assist with event materials and post-event reporting
- Conduct research on clients, prospects, competitors, and industries
- Prepare research briefs to support pitches and BD initiatives
- Maintain marketing databases, shared folders, and departmental trackers
- Support marketing campaigns and communication needs when required
- Prepare internal reports, meeting notes, timelines, and follow-up items
- Provide general administrative support to the BD/Marketing team
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or client services within professional services (legal experience preferred)
- Experience using CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong writing, editing, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy
- Highly proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Adobe or Canva experience is a plus - Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000
