This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mobile, AL for a Managing Director of Business Development. The individual will lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies, drive sales initiatives, and expand financial service offerings. The role will also involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational objectives. The Managing Director will be responsible for achieving revenue goals and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic planning and effective leadership.

• Strong proficiency in Finance, Financial Services, and Business Development
• Experience in Sales strategies and client acquisition
• Expertise in Business Planning and strategic growth initiatives
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop client relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
