As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their facility maintenance needs are met with exceptional service and professionalism. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific facility maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services, ensuring all operations meet city-wide quality and compliance standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote expanded services to existing clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any service issues effectively.
- Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, service schedules, and performance metrics.

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lead teams and manage contractor relationships.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Base salary + Monthly Commissions plan
- Anticipated first-year total comp of $70k; top performers exceed $90k
