Fit Recruiting is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join a Mobile-based organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership while driving operational excellence. Salary is in the $65K - $75K range, depending on experience
Responsibilities- Provide high-level operational and administrative support to executive leadership
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Analyze and organize data to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and special events
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
- Experience in operations, executive support, or business administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
