- Key client relationships as required, aligned to new entrant delivery and assurance activity
Qualified and accredited health professional (e.g. nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic, doctor), with current professional registration.
Competent and approved Disability Analyst, with a strong record of delivering quality and productivity in line with contractual requirements.
Demonstrable experience supporting new entrants through training, coaching, supervised practice or structured clinical development pathways.
Proven experience leading, coaching or managing clinical professionals, with the ability to assure quality, capability and performance.
Strong understanding of clinical quality standards, audit outcomes and professional governance requirements, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk.
Ability to use MI, audit data and observation to drive performance improvement and learner progression.
Confident, calm leadership style with the credibility to challenge, support and influence clinical colleagues.
DesirableFormal coaching or mentoring experience, particularly within clinical or assessment environments.
Experience working within high-volume, quality-driven or regulated assessment services.
Previous experience balancing hands‑on clinical or coaching activity alongside people management responsibilities.
Experience contributing to the development or continuous improvement of training, coaching or supervised practice models.
