Parts Specialist

Do you have experience in auto parts, truck parts, industrial parts, heavy equipment, equipment rental, warehouse inventory, or inside sales? We are looking for a customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our growing team. Truck and trailer parts experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate with a strong customer service or inventory background. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts inquiries over the phone and occasionally in person
• Identify and recommend the correct truck and trailer parts based on customer needs
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the computer system
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Upload and update inventory listings on the company website
• Receive, stock, organize, and label incoming inventory
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
• Research parts using catalogs and manufacturer databases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
• Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction

Requirements:

• Customer service experience required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning truck and trailer parts preferred
• Experience in any of the following is a plus:
  Auto Parts, Truck Parts, Fleet Maintenance, Heavy Equipment, Warehouse Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, Retail Parts Sales, Counter Sales, Industrial Supply
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
