Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Facilities Coordinator, Soft Services to join our Facilities Department based in Mobile, AL.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing third party service providers for site services (soft). Ensure coordination and reporting of facilities subcontracted maintenance contract(s) activities and such for soft service providers such as janitorial, food service, pest control, tenant improvement buildouts, etc.
Your working environment will be at the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. The facility, which strengthens the U.S. aerospace industry, is part of Airbus' strategy to enhance its global competitiveness by meeting the growing needs of its customers in the United States and beyond.

Your Challenges:
- Manage services and projects such as cleaning, catering, people transportation in cooperation with internal and external partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and needs are met by using available resources in the most efficient and effective way.
- Manage and improve services and suppliers to ensure delivery on time, quality and cost.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manages vendors on a daily basis; identifies training and tracks performance to KPI's, effectively communicates with stakeholders in timely manner
- Coordinate and Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly business reviews within contract guidelines with proper points of contact.
- Cooperate and coordinate all activities with entire FM team
- Review, approve and process invoicing for related activities
- Development and tracking of corrective action plans regarding service delivery
- Coordinate the upkeep of interior space
- Other duties as directed by facility manager
Your Boarding Pass:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years subcontractor management experience required.
- 3+years managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a production environment.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices and technology.
- Coordinating work flow initiatives for soft service providers in the areas of janitorial, food service, landscaping, pest control and tenant improvement.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to develop strategic solutions
- Customer service and invoice processing is critical
- Authorized to work in the US without current, or future, need of visa sponsorship
Preferred:
- Bachelor in Business Administration
- IFMA or BOMA certification is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a facility management production environment a plus
- Knowledge/ experience of project management practices a plus
- Ability to read floor plans a plus
- Experience working with G-Suite is a plus.
