Senior SAP Program Manager

• Oversee and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive project plans
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress to mitigate risks and validate timely delivery
• Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to facilitate successful delivery of SAP solutions
• Use analytical thinking and program management skills to enhance project integration and execution
• Employ Agile methodology and project management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain stakeholder communications to support project alignment and goal achievement
• Conduct program reviews and status reporting to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional team coordination to foster collaboration and drive project success
• Build meaningful client connections and manage and inspire others
• Analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for business applications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior
• Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient project management
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Project Management
• Excelling in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Navigating complex business environments with analytical thinking
• Developing business case strategies for finance technology solutions
• Managing program capacity building and continuous process improvement
• Ability to work with up to 80% travel
