Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Mobile, Alabama. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires strong collaboration with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to guarantee project success.
Qualifications- Expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Oversight for construction projects
- Proven experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines and deliverables
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety practices
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
- Prior experience in commercial projects is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
