Construction Superintendent – Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
• Enforce plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project schedules.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
• Review logs, delivery tickets, and time sheets.
• Resolve field issues and maintain an organized job site.

• Experience as a superintendent in commercial/industrial construction; light industrial/big box retail a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling and construction management tools (Procore, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
