Carr Land Management is looking for a hardworking, dependable individual with a positive attitude to join our team as a Marine Construction Apprentice
.

This is a full-time opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in marine construction, excavation, and heavy equipment operation. No experience is required—just a willingness to work hard, learn, and show up every day ready to contribute.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Drug-free Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing construction labor
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required

• Heavy equipment operation
• Grading and site preparation
• Seawall and bulkhead construction
• Dock and pier construction
• Pile driving
• Material handling and debris removal
• Marine construction techniques
• Jobsite safety and equipment maintenance

• Full-time employment
• Monday–Friday schedule
