We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with specialized expertise in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) to join our growing team in Daphne, Alabama. In this key role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial, industrial, and custom metal building projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a hands‑on position ideal for a detail‑oriented leader who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment on the Gulf Coast.

• Manage multiple PEMB projects from pre‑construction through completion, including permitting, site preparation, fabrication coordination, delivery, erection, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track progress and proactively address risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and contract specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams for accurate building design and material orders.
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and quality inspections.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, invoicing, and profitability.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce company safety policies.

• 3–5+ years of direct project management experience with pre‑engineered metal buildings (PEMB). Experience at a metal building manufacturer, erector, or general contractor specializing in steel structures is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial/industrial PEMB projects (warehouses, manufacturing facilities, retail, agricultural, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of PEMB systems, erection processes, and related construction trades.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites as needed.
• PMP certification or similar is a plus.
