I am seeking a Concrete Superintendent to provide hands‑on leadership across commercial and industrial concrete operations. This is a field‑first leadership role responsible for execution, crew leadership, safety, quality, and production performance on complex concrete and tilt‑up projects.
This role requires an experienced leader who can plan, direct, and execute work in the field
—not manage from a trailer. The Superintendent will have direct authority over field operations including means and methods, crew assignments, sequencing, and daily production decisions.
