We're hiring experienced Asphalt Crew Members to join a well-established, locally owned company known for treating its employees like family. We're looking for dependable, hardworking professionals who have previous asphalt paving experience and enjoy working as part of a team to complete high-quality paving projects.

Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate asphalt rollers to achieve proper compaction
• Perform asphalt raking and hand finishing
• Assist with paving roads, parking lots, commercial sites, and other paving projects
• Work alongside crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Perform general labor duties as needed
• Inspect equipment before and after use
• Maintain a safe and productive job site
• Follow company safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous asphalt paving experience is required
• Experience operating asphalt rollers, pavers, skid steers, or related heavy equipment preferred
• Experience as an asphalt raker or paving laborer is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in hot weather and varying conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
