Art Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all creative assets for marketing, branding, digital, and event-related materials.
• Develop original concepts and visual themes for campaigns, signage, menus, and print collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual platforms and partner materials.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and provide hands‑on creative direction.
• Supervise and guide graphic designers, illustrators, and freelance creatives.
• Set timelines, delegate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review and approve final artwork before publication or printing.
• Provide feedback and professional development to the creative team.

• Work closely with marketing, events, and banquet sales teams to support promotions and visual communication.
• Participate in planning for large-scale events, seasonal campaigns, and partnerships.
• Present design proposals to leadership and stakeholders as needed.

• Hourly pay plus performance bonus.
• KPI bonus: earn 2% of every banquet package sold, directly tied to visual contribution to marketing and presentation.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
