• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication
• Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed and forward to the appropriate area for resolution
• Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards while attending required training classes

• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records

• Must be a US citizen and pass a background check due to Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond promptly to customer issues

• Experience in customer service within a call center environment
• Previous customer service experience in a healthcare-related call center environment
