Full Time Call Center Agent – Mobile
Call Center Agents at Signius Communications provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our clients' customers. Using excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible experience, you will handle calls for various businesses, ranging from medical offices to apartment complexes to professional services. You will ensure that all aspects of the message are collected thoroughly and accurately so that our customers can have the confidence that their issue will be relayed to our client.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. This is an in‑office position.
Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state‑of‑the‑art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.
Responsibilitiesand Qualifications
- Welcome callers with an upbeat voice
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows‑based environment
- Good attendance
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

$20 per hour for perfect attendance; $17 per hour without perfect attendance. Perfect attendance is defined as being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and returning on time from any breaks during the shift, and fully completing your assigned shift.
Shifts Offered- Full time – 40 hours per week, 10 hour shifts
- Must be available to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
