The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Salary is in the $40K-$45K range, depending on experience, with growth opportunities and benefits.

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients by phone, email, and online inquiries
• Conduct detailed intake interviews and gather accurate case information
• Listen with empathy while providing exceptional customer service
• Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments
• Enter and maintain accurate information in the case management system
• Request and organize supporting documentation
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding next steps
• Communicate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a seamless intake process
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information
• Support additional administrative projects as needed
