We are currently seeking a Log-In Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring incoming cases are accurately processed and prepared for production.

- Accurately log incoming cases, remakes, and repairs into the dental laboratory software system.
- Identify and verify account information, ensuring correct shipping details are applied.
- Execute changeover procedures when modifications to the department, due date, materials, or other details occur.
- Follow alert procedures by reading and responding to alerts and documenting notes on work tickets.
- Review prescriptions (RX) and case materials, organizing them into appropriate colored pans.
- Coordinate with the internal customer service department and dental offices as needed.
- Utilize various software systems to retrieve and attach dental scans to the corresponding cases.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent organizational skills, computer skills, and the ability to handle the logistics of a high production environment
- Must have efficient and effective time management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to read and write
