• Private cardiology group with six cardiologists, including interventional, noninvasive, and EP specialists
• Strong hospital affiliation with an established referral base
• Procedural focus, including ablations, pacemakers, and device management
• Dedicated EP lab time supported by experienced clinical staff
• Collaborative environment with APP and MA support for managing inpatient coordination

• Approximately two clinic days and 2.5 EP lab days per week
• Half-day built into the schedule for balance
• Shared 1:6 call rotation covering weekdays and weekends
• Nurse practitioners manage much of the inpatient volume

• $650,000 guaranteed base salary plus production incentives
• Two-year partnership track with projected earnings exceeding $1 million by year three
