• Employment Type: Full-time, hospital-employed
• Licenses/Certifications: Medical License in Alabama, Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology & Oncology, DEA, BLS
• Experience: Open to new grads; prior experience preferred but not required

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology and Oncology care within the hospital and clinic setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiation oncologists, tumor board, and cancer registry
• Support patients through diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management
• Participate in tumor board meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with patient education and counseling
• Manage chemo infusion and coordinate radiation therapy consults onsite
• Uphold exceptional patient care standards in a busy hospital environment

• Medical license in Alabama (or eligible to obtain)
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology & Oncology
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient approach
• Experience in oncology preferred but not required

This position is based at a leading hospital in Dothan, Alabama, providing comprehensive hematology and oncology services within a new, modern Cancer Center. The facility features onsite radiation therapy, infusion services, and access to multidisciplinary professionals. The practice is positioned for growth and offers a dynamic environment for professional development and patient-centered care.
