Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher position at Holloway Elementary School located in Mobile, AL. The teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and implementing the curriculum to foster student learning and development. Duties also include assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues. The role requires maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom environment and contributing to the collaborative culture of the school.

Qualifications

• Deliver effective instructional materials
• Proven skills in Teaching and Elementary Education, with a focus on fostering academic and personal development
• Strong Communication abilities for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
• Dedicated to Education and committed to the academic and social growth of each student
• Collaborative team player who values diversity and inclusive practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching Certification for Elementary Education preferred
• Experience working in a classroom setting with young learners
