Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This full‑time, onsite position is ideal for those with a passion for working with young students in a supportive educational environment. The role is primarily focused on providing 1:1 support to a kindergarten student with autism, while also assisting in the classroom as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized 1:1 support to a kindergarten student with autism, helping them with daily activities and educational tasks.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist in classroom management and support other students as they transition in and out of the classroom throughout the day.
- Document and track student progress, behavior, and any significant incidents.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education and behavioral support.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience.
- Active RBT certification is preferred; however, candidates with extensive experience in behavior and ABA classrooms/settings will be considered.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or in a similar educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
- Reliable and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing high‑quality support to students.
