Bring your expertise in school-based psychological services to support K12 students through comprehensive assessments and data-driven recommendations! This full-time, on-site opportunity centers around delivering essential psychometric services during the school year. The role begins October 1, 2026, and continues through May 26, 2027, with the potential to extend into summer and the following school year based on performance.
Candidates will collaborate with school teams in the Mobile, AL area, working across assignment sites (specific locations to be determined). Itinerant travel between schools may be required as student testing needs arise, so flexibility is a must.
KeyQualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychometry or related field
- Valid professional license as a School Psychometrist (licensure documentation required at interview)
- Experience with psycho educational evaluations for K12 students
- Strong understanding of test administration, scoring, and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site within a school environment
- Conduct comprehensive individual psycho educational assessments for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to interpret data and guide interventions
- Prepare clear, actionable assessment reports
- Provide recommendations for academic support, accommodations, and behavioral interventions
- Manage itinerant assignments across multiple campus locations based on testing demand
- Maintain all appropriate documentation and comply with district procedures
This is a contract role offering a 40-hour-per-week schedule in a supportive educational setting. There is a possibility of renewal for extended school year and next school year based on role performance.
On‑site interviews will begin August 26, 2026. Please note, no interviews will be held August 31
