Utility Technician
This is semi-skilled and skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical equipment used in sewage/wastewater lift stations.

- MOBILE AREA WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM: $44,658 - $71,394
- PRICHARD WATER WORKS AND SEWER BOARD: $39,471 - $63,101
- SARALAND WATER AND SEWER BOARD: $46,919 - $75,008
- UTILITIES BOARD CITY OF CHICKASAW: $28,399 - $45,400
Graduation from a standard senior high school or successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, and a minimum of one year experience in mechanical maintenance and repair work; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSMust possess a valid driver's license from state of residence. May be required to obtain an Alabama Grade IC Wastewater Certification.
