• Provide strategic leadership for automation projects across the North American supply chain
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to develop and implement automation solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment and travel up to 25%
• Familiarity with high-speed manufacturing and automation technologies

• 15+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in developing innovative solutions for production challenges
• Experience with Automated Guided Vehicles and robotic solutions
• Familiarity with capital project management and equipment installations
• Evidence of ongoing self-development and learning
