Avionics Technician
We are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to join our team on the flight line. The role involves performing various critical tasks such as aircraft systems functional tests, pre and post-flight daily inspections, troubleshooting, and post-dock maintenance. Additional duties include inspecting cabin interiors, cockpit, and electrical bays, setting up and operating ground support test equipment, testing and troubleshooting instrumentation and components, verifying and upgrading avionics software, interpreting flight test data, and calibrating electrical and avionics systems.
Responsibilities- Conduct aircraft systems functional tests.
- Perform pre and post-flight daily inspection lists.
- Troubleshoot and perform post-dock maintenance.
- Inspect cabin interiors, cockpit, and electrical bays.
- Set up and operate ground support test equipment.
- Test and troubleshoot instrumentation and components.
- Verify and upgrade avionics software.
- Interpret flight test data.
- Calibrate electrical and avionics systems.
- 3+ years of avionics experience (5+ preferred).
- Experience in troubleshooting avionics systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Experience with systems function tests.
- Experience ringing out wires.
- Experience in fixed or rotary wing operations.
- Must have hands‑on aircraft work experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in avionics installation and line maintenance.
- Experience in mod/install with operational checks experience.
- Competence in handling wire harness and avionics systems.
- Experience with aircraft inspection.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mobile, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
