What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate priorities for the MAP Engineering team to support the MAP Engineering Managers
  • Assist in planning and prioritizing work items, ensuring their status is visible in reporting tools
  • Act as a point of contact for MAP with various Final Assembly Line (FAL) organizations
  • Maintain and update MAP reporting tools to ensure accurate and current data
  • Support the coordination of on-aircraft engineering assessments and interventions with Multi-functional Teams (MFT)
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an Engineering, M.E, or Engineering coordination role in aeronautics or Industrial Planning
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in solving engineering problems
  • Ability to function on the basis of self-motivation and self-direction
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time domestically and internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or with aircraft production processes
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
