AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Everett, WA that is one of the world’s leading providers of aerospace systems and services for commercial aircraft.

The Technical Troubleshooter is responsible for diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical issues affecting aerospace products and systems.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Perform methodical troubleshooting and fault isolation on aerospace components, assemblies, and systems.
  • Diagnose failures using schematics, technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and test procedures.
  • Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and test products to verify proper operation and compliance with specifications.
  • Identify root causes of product failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support repair, overhaul, and return-to-service activities to ensure quality and cycle-time targets are met.
  • Set up and operate test equipment, fixtures, and diagnostic tools.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, findings, repairs, and test results in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.
  • Provide technical guidance or clarification on repair manuals and procedures as needed.
  • May support customer sites or field operations for installation, troubleshooting, or product support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in aerospace troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, or test operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
  • Experience using diagnostic and test equipment.
