Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services for the built environment; perform pre‑construction, during‑construction, and post‑construction condition assessments, specialized testing, forensic investigations, and other facilities‑related services.
- Interact with senior staff on various facilities‑related projects.
- Monitor project processes for performance and budgetary conditions.
- Handle client invoicing and manage budget proposals and invoices.
- Prepare reports and proposals.
- Interface with clients regarding project‑specific issues and development.
- Attend project site meetings and assist with resolving technical and administrative problems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited college or university in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of related experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license is a substantial advantage.
