• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical staff

• Translate client objectives into actionable project plans
• Lead proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to enhance market presence
• Oversee civil engineering design, permitting, and construction processes

• Provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges across all project phases

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, team leadership, and client management
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
