Job Description
Join our team as an ILS Analyst supporting a NAVSEA Program Office in the Pascagoula / HII Ingalls environment. In this role, you will review and validate logistics deliverables, including technical manuals, drawings, and documentation, provided with new ship construction to ensure they meet government requirements. This position offers long‑term stability, as it is part of a multi‑year contract, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy autonomy and making a direct impact on government projects.
Responsibilities- Review technical manuals, publications, and logistics deliverables from the shipbuilder.
- Validate deliverables against contract requirements (CDRLs).
- Accept, reject, or provide feedback on deliverables.
- Ensure completeness and technical accuracy of documents.
- Perform light data entry and tracking in internal systems.
- Occasionally conduct on‑ship verification and exposure.
- Experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
- Exposure to Navy and shipbuilding, preferably new construction and acquisition/program office support.
- Technical knowledge in HM&E or ship systems is strongly preferred.
- Ability to review and understand technical manuals and drawings/documentation.
- Active Secret clearance is preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- No longer in use Navy surface ship or HM&E technical experience or prior experience as a contractor supporting ship acquisition.
- Familiarity with HII Ingalls programs, specifically LHA 8 and LPD Flight II, is a major plus.
- Navy engineers or individuals with government logistics or acquisition support backgrounds are acceptable.
- Candidates with prior (inactive) clearance that can be reactivated.
This position is based in Pascagoula, MS, with a field office and onsite presence at the HII Ingalls environment. There may be potential for hybrid work flexibility. The role is part of a long‑term, multi‑year contract offering stability and the opportunity to work independently while closely supporting a government customer.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr.
