As the experienced shipbuilding Waterfront Systems Integrator based in Pascagoula, MS, supporting the U.S. Navy Frigate Program you will initially provide remote support to the Washington DC PMS 410 Program Office and eventually be embedded with the waterfront shipbuilding team and provide technical leadership across system installation, integration, activation, testing, trials, and delivery. You will also support the Frigate Program Office System Integrator Lead as a subject matter expert and coordinate Government and contractor teams to ensure systems are properly installed, configured, integrated, tested, and delivered with fully functional and mission-ready capabilities.

Serco is responsible for leading waterfront integration of Frigate shipboard control systems, combat systems, C4I, networks, and software, while also implementing and verifying cyber defense capabilities.

** In this role, you will:*
* + Complete frigate systems integration & waterfront execution.

+ Lead waterfront integration of Frigate systems including combat systems, C4I, shipboard control systems, networks, software, and cyber defenses.

+ Oversee installation and verify readiness for activation and testing.

+ Interface with shipbuilders, services contractors, and Program Office stakeholders.

+ Serve as the technical systems integrator across Frigate subsystems.

+ Conduct tests, trials & evaluations.

+ Develop, review, and execute test procedures for assigned Frigate systems.

+ Support dock trials, sea trials, certifications, and ship delivery.

+ Conduct trial card tracking, discrepancy analysis, and corrective action development.

+ Support TEMP development and executable test schedules.

+ Provide engineering & program support.

+ Evaluate ICPs, ECPs, and SHIPALTs for Frigate systems.

+ Review ICDs, specifications, drawings, and engineering change packages.

+ Support configuration management, CDRLs, and technical documentation.

+ Participate in ship checks, technical reviews, and program meetings.

+ Conduct cybersecurity integration.

+ Verify cybersecurity controls are properly implemented.

+ Support RMF compliance and system configuration verification.

** To be successful in this role, you will have:*
* + Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

+ US Citizenship.

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related discipline.

+ 5 years of experience supporting Navy Surface Combatant shipbuilding or systems integration.

+

Experience with shipyard waterfront operations.

+ Strong technical writing, leadership, and coordination skills.

+ Willingness to travel approximately 10%

** Additional desired experience and skills:*
* + An Active or current DoD Secret clearance

+ 10+ years of experience working with systems integration on Surface Combatants

+ CSOOW or CSC experience

+

Experience with Surface Combatant trials and certifications

+ Knowledge of Surface Combatant combat systems and cybersecurity processes
