Bridge BIM/CAD Designer
In this role, you will support the Bridge/Structures team with engineering design and drafting activities across all project phases r work will help shape the future of transportation infrastructure, from resilient highways and iconic bridges to advanced transit and rail systems.
Responsibilities- Develop bridge plans and 3D models using Open Bridge Modeler and Bentley Connect software
- Prepare, update, and revise structural drawings, including bridges, retaining walls, and miscellaneous structures
- Support projects from conceptual design through final documentation
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Assist in mentoring junior staff and contribute to team development
- Two‑year technical certificate or direct experience related to the responsibilities described above
- Proficiency using current version of AutoCAD and/or Micro Station
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with project team members in a self‑initiative environment
- Flexible working style and willingness to adjust personal schedules to meet deadlines and client needs
- Experience with 3D modeling
- Academic references
- Local candidates preferred
- Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure
- Competency with Microsoft Office products and communication tools
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits
- Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
