We are seeking a Lead Civil / Structural Engineer with experience managing engineering activities for industrial, manufacturing, chemical, energy, or heavy industrial facilities. This long‑term contract opportunity offers leadership responsibility, project ownership, and the ability to make a direct impact on large‑scale capital projects.

• Lead civil and structural engineering design activities for industrial capital projects.
• Develop conceptual designs, layouts, cost studies, and material take‑offs.
• Supervise and mentor engineering team members while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for code compliance.
• Prepare and evaluate bid packages for civil and structural construction scopes.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, design, and construction.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct field visits and provide construction support as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of civil/structural engineering experience on industrial or capital projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience leading CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) project scopes.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, AISC, ASCE, ACI, and related engineering codes.
• Proficiency with RISA 3D, RISA Foundation, CAD software, and Microsoft Office.
• Project management experience on single-discipline or multi-discipline projects preferred.
• Ability to travel 25-35% for field assessments and construction support.

• $90-$100 per hour.
• Per Diem Available.
• Long-Term Contract Assignment (1+ Year).
