CDM Smith seeks a Lead Substation Physical Engineer to lead the design and execution of EHV substations (230 kV–765 kV) with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This hybrid role is based out of a CDM Smith office and blends hands-on design with project leadership and mentorship of junior engineers.
You will lead technical deliverables, interface with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
