Chief Financial Officer - Aerospace Division

A CFO role for a leader who wants to directly shape the direction of a global industrial group

We are seeking a senior financial leader to take a key role in shaping the next phase of growth of our U.S. aerospace business within Helicopter Alliance, a global aviation group focused on rotary-wing platforms and lifecycle support.

This is a build-and-scale CFO mandate, not a maintenance finance role. The objective is to elevate financial leadership, enable growth, and strengthen the U.S. industrial platform.

Helicopter Alliance is an international aviation group focused on helicopter platforms, modernization programs, operations, and lifecycle support for government and commercial customers.

In the United States, the group operates through Ace Aeronautics, a specialized aerospace and MRO platform that represents a key part of the group’s industrial footprint and growth strategy.

As CFO of Ace Aeronautics, you will be a key member of the leadership team and work in close partnership with the CEO and the Group CFO.

You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing finance function and ensuring it supports the company’s growth stage while aligning with the standards and expectations of the global group.

This role sits at the center of transformation and expansion of the U.S. business and has a significant impact on its future direction.

• Full financial leadership of Ace Aeronautics (U.S. aerospace platform)
• Strategic partnership with the CEO and Helicopter Alliance leadership
• Key finance counterpart to the Group CFO
• Drive financial strategy, performance management, and capital allocation
• Lead FP&A, controlling, reporting, and cash flow management
• Establish effective and sustainable financial processes and governance
• Lead ERP implementation and finance digitalization initiatives
• Ensure US GAAP / IFRS compliance and reporting quality
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and key external stakeholders
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization
• Align financial processes with the global group structure
• Government Contracting & Compliance

• Senior finance leader / CFO from manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments
• Proven track record in financial transformation and performance improvement
• Strong background in FP&A, controlling, and strategic finance
• Experience leading ERP implementations and finance modernization
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Strong executive leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in multinational or group environments
• Ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations
• Aerospace or complex engineered manufacturing experience is a strong advantage
