REPORTS TO:

Program Finance Manager

• Monitor, maintain, and perform the initial analysis of assigned projects for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Interface with customers and internal departments to prepare project status for the program.
• Provide analysis and verification of program submitted forecasts and estimates at completion (EACs).
• Conduct a gap analysis of EACs and recommend adjustments.
• Collect deliverable inputs from various departments, review technical and administrative correctness before submitting to the customer.
• Participate in weekly and ad‑hoc meetings with program teams as required.
• Identify trends and develop support metrics for operations.
• Research all discrepancies in charging and resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor tasking, performance against plan and funding on a regular basis.
• Analyze data to produce accurate variance analysis reports and metrics.
• Prepare and submit financial briefs to the program office and facilitate timely response to questions or discrepancies.
• Monitor contract dollar values by cost element to support the program office and financial impacts.

• Enterprise Resource Management System (ERMS)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point

• B.S./B.A. in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or public accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with government contracts (plus).
• Some experience using financial models and internal rate of return calculations.
• Basic knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Basic understanding of contract types and values (preferred).
• Intermediate level of research and analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Management System.
• Ability to work with limited direction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Must be 18 years or older at time of application.
• Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Person status (permanent resident or citizen).
• Must have no felony convictions of theft, deception, or violent crimes within seven years of disposition date.
• Must have no felony convictions of drug crimes within three years of disposition date.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Willing to submit to a COVID‑19 vaccination.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance may be required.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a variety of complicated tasks.

Ability to work independently and make sound judgments while exercising creativity.
