This is professional and administrative work in developing, coordinating and monitoring various contracts for federally funded grants, loans and projects.

Starting Salary: $55,771

• Attainment of a minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in accounting, business administration, public administration, urban or regional planning, or a closely related field.
• Minimum three years of responsible experience in contract coordination and monitoring of grant assistance programs or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Willingness to furnish reliable transportation and maintain automobile insurance.

• 10 days annual vacation with accumulation to 35 days (The number of days earned increases based on years in the merit system, with a maximum of 25 days per year for 25 or more years of service)
