S3, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support our STORM Programmatic contract at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Position Description

The Program Analyst will serve as a Program Analyst within the Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets (PGMR) Product Office of the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office. Duties include support to the Assistant Product Manager on oversight of the production of the Extended Range-Guided Multiple Rockets Launch Systems (ER-GMLRS).

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day operational support to the APM, related to coordination of technical and programmatic activities related to ER-GMLRS production.
  • Interface and coordinate between functional areas within the STORM Project Office and the prime contractor, Lockheed Martin, as well as those in outside government agencies and military organizations.
  • Develop coordinated work products for the APM to include informational and decision briefings, budget and program analyses, and information papers on production issues.
  • Plan the execution of and coordinate responses to internal and external taskers.
  • Support production planning activities and provide assessments/recommendations on production technical issues.
  • Support risk assessment analysis of ER-GMLRS.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Secret or higher active DoW security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Three or more years of experience working in a Department of War acquisition organization.
  • Three or more years of experience with developing and tracking budgets and spend plans.
  • One year or more experience coordinating with Department of War agencies and external stakeholders related to weapon system hardware development and associated issues.
  • One year or more of experience supporting risk assessment functions within an organization.
