Overview
This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring affordable housing grants and other governmental, public, and private grant programs to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for the employing jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction:
Mobile County. Starting Salary: $61,561.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in affordable housing grant management administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applicants must meet the established medical and physical standards for the class of work. The medical examination must be performed by one of the physicians designated by the Personnel Board, and the applicant must bear the cost of the examination.
